SYRIA use chemical weapons
Apr 27th, 2013 at 7:57am

Solid evidence is at hand to prove that the Government of Syria is using chemical weapons against its own people i.e. The rebels and anyone within spitting distance of them whether they are anti Government or not.

Now comes Barrack Obama's Iraq moment. He has gone on record as saying that if the Government of Syria uses chemical weapons on its own people it will have stepped 'across the line'.

The conundrum for the U.S. is, that the rebels, have a large Al Qaeda component. Therefore if the U.S., weighs in on the side of the rebels it will be by definition, supporting Al Qaeda.

It is a no win situation and if the U.S. has learned anything from its previous forays into the middle east, it should proceed with extreme caution.

Another middle east f....up would be too disastrous to contemplate.

Survey results from the website RT. Unsurprisingly, I also voted option number three on the list. I hope we all learned something from the Iraqi fiasco.

RT asks

Thank you for voting!

Syria's alleged use of chemical weapons is:

7% - Bashar Assad finally crossing the 'red line'
20% - A rebel plot to topple Assad through Western intervention
65% - Western black ops to justify an invasion
8% - Unimportant, since it changes nothing

No surprises, HERE !

As calls are crying louder for an international probe into Israel’s war crimes in Gaza*, Israel admitted Saturday, January 24, using white phosphorous, a chemical that burns away human flesh to the bone, in shelling the densely-populated strip.

* ... and later, on Lebanon

......

"Yes, phosphorus was used but not in any illegal manner," Yigal Palmor, a Foreign Ministry spokesman, told The Times.

Thousands of people are reported to have been killed and many others injured in a poison gas attack on a Kurdish city in northern Iraq.
Up to 20 aircraft, said to include Iraqi Migs and Mirages, were seen overhead at around 1100 local time in Halabja.

According to experts, the chemicals dropped by the planes may have included mustard gas, the nerve agents sarin, tabun and VX and possibly cyanide.

The attack on Halabja, which is about 150 miles (241km) north-east of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, is the latest in the Iran-Iraq war and follows its occupation by Iranian forces

...

The use of chemical weaponry is a too common and regrettable fact of life between middle eastern regimes - as long as the perpetrators think they can get away with it

The last known case of the US using chemical weapons on civilians was some 40 years ago

The USA used depleted Uranium in Iraq - especially on the civilian city of Faluja

The cancer rate in Faluja has risen by a factor or 7

This increase in cancer rate is higher than that measured in post Hiroshima and Post Nagasaki

One person's freedom fighters are another's terrorists

Western WMDs are tactical devices to promote democracy

Anyone else using any weapons is a terrorist

White Phosphorous dumped onto children, the elderly and civilians in order to thieve their land and commit genocide against their people, is called self defence

If you resist youre a terrorist

The Nazis during WW2 classed the French resistance as a terrorist organisation - they just couldn't work out why these French were resisting German occupation.

The Corporately run US tyranny is running out of money and bodies - it favoured operational methods now are drone strikes and funding AL Qaeda to do their dirty work

Why does the US and western media class the opposing forces in Syria as a democracy and freedom movement?

We know what the USA did in Bahrain when the people decided to take the streets and demand freedom and democracy. The USA actually gave the green light to Saudi Arabia to enter Bahrain and crush the demonstrators whilst the US fifth naval fleet sat in the Bahrain harbour.

The hypocrisy is breath taking

Only matched by the level of ignorance amongst the people in the West

Don't mention the people of AUstralia - they are one rung behind the masses in the USA - pathetic
