Regardless of whether it was true or not,, the email from the restaurant owner really took the wind out of the sails of Labor. They have nothing now, just speculation.

far from apperaing statesman like and leadership material, labor are looking like brats in a kindergarden sand pit who are having a spat over a toy.

IT IS CHILDISH
THE ELECTORATE ARE OVER IT
YOU ARE LOSING VOTES EVERY TIME YOU MENTION IT.

you are correct greg,

I know.  It's not like that's anything unusual, by the way.

The Libs have found their Lee Majors and all the little sycophants are buying his story.

This is hilarious.   Grin

The relevant function was in Brisbane on the 28th March.  Guess who else was in Brisbane that day.

Yep, good ol' Tone!

The time line tells all.  Either Richards is lying or Brough is.  Their stories are diametrically opposed.

Brough is coming under pressure locally.  There is a LNP function in his Fisher Electorate on Saturday, and I know there are Members who are asking out loud why they need to put up with the scandals which seem to centre around Brough when they could endorse someone with no baggage and still hold the seat.

According to today's Australian, Peter van Onselen received a copy of the menu and ignored it.

A senior writer on a pro Liberal newspaper receives a good story critical of the Libs and does nothing?

What a surprise....     Roll Eyes

Van Onselen is anti-Abbott
how soon they forget.  Roll Eyes

BTW the menu is pathetic and well worth ignoring.

Can you provide that quote?

Looks like no.  Ok, can ANYONE find this quote or what Freedman is talking about?

Van Onselen is like the electorate in general - he is anti-Abbott-Gillard.

yep truly amazing how yesterday good 'ol Tone can't remember but surely one of his 100s of advisors could've done the same liberal party web search.  Idiots.

oh dear a good old web search eh...  that tells you where Tony Abbott was 24 hours of the day.  I have no doubt he cannot recollect where he's been everyday for the last year or so.

I have no doubt that Hockey, Abbott and Glasson were together for part of the day but it is possible that Hockey went to the Brough event and Abbott went elsewhere.

But...   it is more interesting that Tony's twitter feed no longer has days 28/29/30/31 March....  Smiley

Really? You'd like to present the evidence of that? Or will ti be "go have a look" and quickly scorrow away?  As much as I  don't like how Van Onselen reports, he is very much one of the few who is not pro-either and instead is just like the electorate, wanting a decent prime minister who isn't a wankjob or just plain incompetent.
