Poll predicts LIBs landslide

http://au.news.yahoo.com/latest/a/-/newshome/17617151/poll-predicts-coalition-la...

A newspaper poll released today shows Labor is likely to lose at least three Tasmanian seats at the Federal election, including Lyons which has been held by Dick Adams for nearly two decades.

The Reachtel Poll commissioned by News Limited surveyed 2,600 Tasmanians.

It showed a 17.6 per cent swing against Labor and a 6 per cent swing against the Greens.

The seats of Bass, Braddon and Lyons are likely to be won by the Coalition with more than 50 percent of the vote in each.

In Franklin, the poll showed incumbent Julie Collins securing 35 per cent of the vote and possibly hanging on to her seat with preferences.

Andrew Wilkie would also retain his seat of Denison with preferences.

I am not interested in the 17.6% points swing against Labor

It's the 6% point swing against the Greens

Didn't Greens say they have 12% points?

Geez you would need two libs to fill his Dicks seat.

Its a bit of shame as he is one of the few that have any integrity in the ALP.

It does not surprise me, one anomaly in the states polls is that they have overestimated how well the greens will do 3 for 3 .... since bob has left I think they have gone backwards by about 2-3%.

Bob was always good value

The Greens are now in shabbles

They want to play with the big boys/gals and forgot their own messages

The Greens are not about breastfeeding in parliament - but that's what they are know for now

This civil liberty stance will lose them lots of votes - including the carbon tax
