Shadow Treasurer Joe Hockey has told a Liberal party rally in Melbourne that he "should have drowned" the newly appointed Prime Minister Kevin Rudd when he walked the Kokoda Track with him in 2006.

Maybe he secretly wants rudd to win

Yeah maybe, just like Howard did, he sabotaged the Liberal Party because he knew he had no control over the GFC. With the crisis still looming, and drawing ever closer, Hockey would rather the Labs take us into recession.

The Neo Cons didnt expect to have to go into full on abuse mode this late in the election cycle. With Julia they got it out of the way earlier and after they drew her into their abuse cycle they backed out making her look like the aggressor.
Lets see how this panic within the Neo Con ranks plays out now they are the ones looking like the undisciplined rabble.
So much so that Abbott hasn't gone anywhere the last few days without his daughters in tow to soften his aggressive and abusive rants.

Hockey should be more annoyed with the 'dimwits' who are now going to vote for Rudd and the Labor Party.

What Hockey should be doing is laughing...laughing at the fools who are going to re elect the Labor govt after all the pathetically useless things they have done, and the hundreds of billions of dollars they've borrowed and wasted.

Of course, all the voters who are now flocking back to Rudd-Labor never really left at all.
They said they were going to vote for the Liberals/Nationals, but when it came to marking the ballot paper as such, I say they wouldn't have been able to do so...such is the Left's hate for "Abbott" and anything Right-Wing.
