Nevermind that Rudd is trouncing Abbott as preferred PM, the telegraph run with Captain Chaos, off the back of some obvious push polling.
I actually find the media reaction is very mixed this time around, back in 2007 they were all fawning over Rudd, I think many were bored with Howard.
I found it interesting that the left wing media seems to not like Rudd, they don't quite attack him but they don't look too happy about Rudd being back.
The News limited seems to be the only ones attacking Rudd but it all looks desperate.
Given Rudd will soften or bend the ALP policy or as I call it drag the ALP towards the right .... I am more than happy with what has transpired.
Either the country will get a more centrist ALP or a Coalition government both which seem more relevant than what was happening under Gillard.
I think he is getting more air time then Rudd deserves ..... It will b e interesting to see if the polls fall back to the coalition as the experts are suggesting.
What is good is that more than Gillard is being removed, the ALP refused to reform so the polls did it for them.
Rudd has given the ALP a sugar rush, he needs to change the policy which has already started with border control and attacking the destination shoppers.
