Unlikely.

The reason Mr Rudd was assassinated by labor was because they realised what sort of person he is.
In the long run, Rudd could be the destroyer of the party.

Rudd wants to lead the revolt of countries against protecting vulnerable peoples.

He has already stated the UN convention is in his sight.

No UN Refugee Convention = Mass Murder on a global scale.
