Seriously..how many reffos do the neo cons think will stay in New Guinea?
Im putting the number at...ZERO

They have already said this will stop them, Afghans have already said they will no longer try. The loony right are angry they want to see babies heads smashed against rocks.

Yes, but this will continue in the backward, tinted countries, Skippy.

Once they get their hands on our dole and health care payments they’ll never work again, mark my words.

Mr Hockey also alleged people sent to PNG by Labor could end up on Centrelink and MediCare "for the rest of their lives" and that the advertising blitz to promote its deal before an election was "outrageous".

"Mr Rudd said back in 2007 that government advertising just before an election is a 'cancer' and he wanted to stop it," he told Network Ten on Sunday.

"Well, the cancer is alive and well under Kevin Rudd."

I wonder if they'd get paid in AUS$ or PNG sea shells or whatever they use? You could live pretty well on a aussie dole payout in PNG. I doubt medicare would help them much. Probably a better than usual witch doctor.

Good point. Social security would be cheaper in PNG than in Australia. Residential property would be 6 times cheaper. Average income is only US $2,300 (16 times smaller). I am sure many Papuans would be happy to share their homes with these newcomers if there aren't any extra homes available. Papuans are more generous and charitable than Australians. In the mean time, they could find a job and earn a living there.

Lying moron. Smell the fear. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Macca still thinks that if you tell a lie often enough then it becomes the truth.Have you noticed the amount of lies Macca tells seems to be growing?

I remember Rudd saying Climate Change was the greatest moral challenge and now he's gone into hiding

From 2009 to 2013 Labor have told you there would be a Budget Surplus - they think they lie to you enough and for long enough then a surplus might appear

So if you support Labor's tactics then you should support me when I use the same tactics

So if you do not condemn Labor for lying - then you have no reason to condemn me (given than I am lying)

With Afghan asylum seekers indicating they don't want to go to PNG, Hockey is trying to make the place sound as appealing as possible.

But if the policy works, and the boats stop, there will be no one to claim centrelink now will there.

The desperation is alive and well!
