If she is still alive, then why haven't we heard anything about her from our supposedly loyal media and supposedly loyal politicians?

More importantly, does anyone care whether she gets released early or not??? She was stupid enough to do the crime, so she must do the time.

A BRITISH woman has described her ordeal in Bali's notorious Kerobokan Prison, the same jail where convicted Australian drug smuggler Schapelle Corby and the Bali Nine are serving time.
Rachel Dougall said she suffered savaged beatings within days of beginning a year-long sentence for drug-related crimes.

Dougall, 40, told the Daily Mail that she had a nervous breakdown after being locked up with drug addicts, HIV-positive inmates and sexually aggressive lesbians in a tiny cell at the prison, nicknamed "Hotel K".

Seriously - if someone was going to smuggle that amount of drugs there (when most drugs supposedly come from there) they would @ least attempt to hide them.

I was wondering about Schapelle around a week back...

I hate drugs... so don't get me wrong...

but I feel she has done the time and needs to come home...

go to Bali... the Locals are selling any sort of drug on every corner and not getting locked up...

so where's the Justice?

Quote:
Questioned by Corby's lawyers, Winata denied that customs officers had slit open the internal drug bag before Corby collected the boogie board. Her lawyers, who inspected the bag, said it had been partly cut open by a blunt instrument, perhaps a key.

When the bags were presented in court, four months after Corby's arrest, the internal bag was instantly noticeable because the bottom was sealed with black tape.

Asked to show the position of the drugs bag when he found it, Winata placed it upright in the outside bag, with the taped end down - reversing the positions shown by the customs photographs. Questioned by defence lawyers, he insisted he had not made a mistake.

Winata might not have been aware of the photographs. But the prosecutor, Ida Bagus Nyoman Wiswantanu, was. They are contained in the brief of evidence submitted by police. He did not question Winata's answers.

Who would pack drugs in an air tight space bag with a bloody hole in it.....If Bali Customs did not put the hole in the bag then who did.....It is inconceivable to believe that anyone would pack drugs in this manner.....There is also the question about why no one smelled the drugs before the customs counter.....If the smell was that strong then the cargo bay of the plane would have reeked of pot???

Bali is a hell hole.
Anyone who goes there is an idiot.

Schapelle is innocent & should be released.

Unfortunately for Schapelle the drugs were found in her bag...[which makes her 'guilty' in Indonesia or most anywhere else in the world]...no matter who put the drugs in her bag.

It's her seemingly 'racist' and 'religionist' sentence that's the outrage.

Yes, her first mistake was ever setting foot in Indonesia [and Asia] in the first place.

Schapelle Corby will be released when her sentence for drug offenses is concluded.  I hope by the time she is released that Corby has used her time productively to become a better, more decent, caring and moral person...

I always thought she was quite decent looking bird when she went to jail.

Then I always had an attraction to the more bogany type girls - sort of want what you're not used to kind of thing I guess?

She's looking a bit ropey now, I guess thats what a decade of Indonesian food will do to you eh?

I hope her half-brother is proud of himself.

You know, the one who was travelling with her, turned around and fled the country same day she was arrested and has since been sent to jail for beating a man with an iron bar over a drug deal....
