There is no doubt Rudd is a fake, it appears that our political culture both rewards being fake and equally punishes it as per Gillard, but clear;y the electorate can not see through these fakes ...... Rudd seems to be better at it than others.

I was a huge critic of Gillard since she hit the ALP leadership team in opposition (remember Medicare Gold ?), many people poo poo'd my views back then, now they embrace such ..... the same will happen to Rudd may just take a little longer as he is a better liar than most.

In a perverse way I hope the ALP wins the election to once and for all time prove they are not fit to govern.

I did say perverse.

I thought the damage the ALP has done is enough but the electorate seems to have taste for more.

It may come down to replacing Abbott ..... the Libs need a good phoney like Rudd.
