And assuming that Julias new house is near her mums place it will be at least one street back from the beach in the protected St Vincents Gulf.
Suburban Adelaide beaches do not have houses built on them unlike some other areas of Oz.

Then again they are in Adelaide and that is bad enough in itself.

I assume she will be in Brighton or Seacliff ..Adelaide is inland Tongue

Too close to me for comfort.

There is more mention of Peter Credlin than Margie Abbott.....

Don't base your assertions on estimates, extrapolations or interpolations. Let's deal in matters tethered to reality.

Salad, beachside does not necessarily mean at the mercy of rising sea levels.

Tell Professor Flannery not me. I believe Gillard's new bijou house is located in Beach Road, Brighton. We're all waiting for perpetual undergraduate and high tide specialist Professor Plibersek to give her imprimatur to the purchase.

In other words - live in denial.

Again, here are the latest estimate for impact on South Australian coastal areas in 2100

You started a thread calling her a "phuking hypocrite"

Can't you tell us where her house is and what the projections are for that area?

Surely the only  "phuking hypocrite" here is the person throwing around silly accusations?

Where did Professor Flannery say that all beachside property was under some sort of immediate threat?

Please quote it for us.

Or are you just making things up again?

Tim isn't a climate scientist ..I'll stick with the thousands of qualified scientists who work in the field.

As a mammalogist and palaeontologist he is entirely qualified to comment on the impact of climate change on ecosystems.

Would you expect anything different? Both major parties are full of self-serving hypocrires. They're as bad as each other, no difference at all.
