Rudd Won the debate.

AAP

Kevin Rudd may have had a narrow victory in the first leaders' debate but the prime minister's performance was marred by his use of notes, in clear breach of the rules.

An average of three commercial television network polls taken after Sunday night's debate favoured Mr Rudd at 51 per cent to 49 per cent for opposition leader Tony Abbott.

rudds current predicament reminds me of whitlam in 1975.  there was a groundswell of support following the supposed "injustice" of the dismissal and for a while the labor camp even thought gough mite pull off a win Wink Wink

but the electorate will sober up to kevin. the guys a class 1 wanker, always has been. the more he opens his mouth the more he will confirm this to the electorate.

it could still be a crushing defeat.
i'm just sad swan was benched early. i like chris bowen but the bloke keeps getting passed the poisoned chalice.  explaining gillards border mess and now kevs economics.  poor prick must need prozac

You seem to have developed a habit of playing me instead of the topic or the points made ?????

did anyone hear anything they havent heard before???

No not really but I thought it enlightening that the only cut that Abbott committed to was to take money out of the school kids payment.

Typical of the Libs removing affordability from education from those who are struggling .

Two of their favourite targets in one swoop.
