I speak goodly!
Aug 12th, 2013 at 1:39pm

http://www.news.com.au/national-news/federal-election/tony-abbott-declares-8216n...

IT WAS a linguistic mix up that caught everyone's attention as Tony Abbott declared to a roomful of Liberal faithful this morning that no one can be a "suppository of all wisdom".
The Opposition Leader made the gaffe at a campaign event in the Melbourne electorate of Deakin where he was implicitly criticising Prime Minister Kevin Rudd for running the government as a "one-man band".

Oh Tony - you so crazy!

Do you think it was a mistake or was he being genuine?

Just relax Cods, it was a funny slipup, nothing more, nothing less.  Just a bit of light heartedness.  It did make me think "yeah, might use that in reference to a couple of people I know next chance I get" and thats it.  It wasnt cringeworthy.

Lighten up mate, have a giggle and move on.  You dont need to be in attack mode all the time, and more importantly, its not a bad thing to laugh at yourself at times.

I dont trust any of them.

Since when did this board care to bother about only putting up the important stuff, considing the multiple threads on single topics.

Have you become so serious that you cant have a joke or a laugh over something so silly?

Dont you think Rudds mistakes from yesterday havent been well covered and discussed today?

Lighten up mate.

Also, selfies, who gives a crap, I certainly dont.

And by the way, a slip of the tongue could land you in deep sh!t if your not careful................
