Aussie baseball player killed.

I hope they hang these 3 bastards:

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57599302/aussie-baseball-player-killed-by-bo...

Quote:
OKLAHOMA CITY An Australian baseball player out for a jog in an Oklahoma neighborhood was shot and killed by three "bored" teenagers who decided to kill someone for fun, police said.

Christopher Lane, who was visiting the town of Duncan, where his girlfriend and her family live, had passed a home where the boys were staying and that apparently led to him being gunned down at random, Police Chief Danny Ford said Monday.

Prosecutors charged 15-year-old James Francis Edwards Jr. and 16-year-old Chancey Allen Luna with first-degree murder on Tuesday. Police say the two killed 22-year-old Christopher Lane on Friday to overcome boredom. Under Oklahoma law, anyone who is 15 or older and facing a first-degree murder charge is automatically tried in adult court.

Also Tuesday, 17-year-old Michael Dewayne Jones was charged with being an accessory after the fact and with using a vehicle during the discharge of weapon. Jones is charged as a youthful offender but will still have his case heard in adult court.

"Good-for-nothing dogs"?  Yep, they certainly are (probably a bit unfair to dogs, actually).

They won't be executed though bobby.  You'll have to satisfy your bloodlust somewhere else.

Life imprisonment, or life without parole is the maximum they'll face.

Actually - they do have the death penalty in that State.

Will they have fun masturbating one wonders?

You talk to a jail bird and he tells ya: "All I wanted was a decent conversation: there's only so many times you can..."

*Sure....they're anti competitive as any subsidised job is.  It wouldn't be there without the tax payer.  Very damned difficult for a brainwashed collectivist to understand that I know....  (swaggy) *

These little thugs won't be executed, bobby.

Under a 2005 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, they cannot receive the death penalty because they were under 18 at the time of the crime.

Yeh, I'm sure that person didn't want to ever find themselves in this position however! Funny, but actually very sad!

Imagine one of your own getting done for killing a person for fun before they had even left high school! I mean, you haven't even had a chance to experience life outside your house and you're looking at the death penalty!

Wait,.. can they even get the death penalty at their age????

Well, at least in prison the sick SOB will draw some rave reviews for wearing his pants low trolling for other perverts. May he rot in hell (prison) for the rest of his natural life, and enjoy his eternal home in the hereafter where other “enlightened” and poor misunderstood perverts will “join” him (in a Biblical sense)…He’s about to find out what being BORED — like a cheap sewer line being reamed — is really all about.

I'm no expert on draconian US laws, however, I believe that "Roper v. Simmons (2005)" will prevent them from being executed.

I could be wrong, but that's very unlikely   Wink
