Your feet belong on the floor NOT where someone will/could be sitting.

Anybody with a decent upbringing understands that basic social norm.

No surprises in the OP.

Yes, exactly my thoughts.
We can always hope Andrei doesn't pay the fine and they deport him when he tries to Re enter the country.
Tis funny he slums it on Public transport, I wouldn't be seen dead on a train.

He asked to see my ticket.

I was half tempted to ask to see his visa.

Joke of a country this is. You would not get this in London.

That's because it is not possible to put your feet on the seats in a tube train without either being a giant or a midget contortionist.

I don't see them putting their feet on the seats.

What sort of person does that anyway?  Seriously?  Kids, maybe but not an adult.

I might go around to his house and put my feet up on his Ikea lounge suite.  See how he likes that.

Maybe if you fix your crap road system I wouldn't need to.
I'm not paying for a hire car for a month out of my own money.

Police state of a country. I have no intention of paying it .

There isn't.
There were also plenty of seats free.

He was just being a tool.
And he wasn't a locally born person by appearance.

Andrei,
How did you know?
You can't see under your shoes unless you inspect them.

You're a bogan & you should have been arrested.

I think it's a great law.

What sort of adult puts their feet up on the seats on public transport anyway?

Seriously?

I can't even remember doing that as a rebellious kid

I wouldn't dream of doing it as an adult.

Are you in the habit of putting your feet up on seats that don't belong to you?
