only as long as that 'fight' doesn't involve actual fighting or supporting some poor 7yo brown girl in Afghanistan who is raped and butchered for wanting to learn to read. Cowardly people like you make me want to vomit.

When are you joining up?

Should we be in Saudi Arabia, where women also have no rights? They are stoned to death without trial or justice. That's America's biggest allie, shame about that.

America is on record as saying that's the ideal model to follow in the Midlle East.

How can you praise one and condemn the other.

What about typing in 'abuse against females in the American defence forces'?

At the end of the day you just can't wage a war every time there's injustices.

Do you people even remember the sexist and misogynist comments you said about Gillard when she was PM? and now you have the hide to worry about the plight of women.

More people have been killed during the invasion than the ten years prior, how's that helping? now we bail out and leave them at the mercy of the Taliban. I just can't praise those efforts.

I read a protest sign

Peace through bombing
is like smacking for vaginity

and it is your simple naïve stupidity that thinks that sign even makes sense.  the violence of Hitler and Tojo were ended by BOMBINGS.  the atomic BOMB ensure the cold war remained cold.

you are a stupid stupid person who has very little idea how the real world works and still you are happy for little girls to be raped and murdered rather than fight to protect them.  You disgust me.

You are too stupid to converse with, besides I always feel a little ikky after talking to people like you.

Keep those bombs dropping old boy.

Over and out.

Incorrect.

Hitler was stopped by his idiotic unsuccessful invasion of Russia, which was replied to by a Soviet invasion of Berlin.

Tojo was stopped by the US use of radar which rendered the Japanese navy ineffective.

The US dropped more bombs on Vietnam than they dropped on Japan and Germany combined, yet failed to win the war.

And what did the Russians do when retaliating? Throw marshmallows at them? Say bad things about the mums of their enemies? No explosives involved at all, ay?

And what did the USA do with that Radar information? Tell the Japanese that they know where their ships are? It wasn't a smacking game of battleship you ignorant Islamic clown.

Why the hell do you keep making crap up about the past? Did a certain demented Cat invite you to this forum by any chance?

What is funny is the issue that is made of this. The information that we have so far is that the ADF attempts to identify insurgents that have been killed by collecting finger prints when safe to do so. In this situation it was considered safer to remove the hands of the corpse and identify the finger prints later than doing it on the spot. Not the most pleasant of procedures, but it is not mutilating a corpse just for the fun of it.

We are losing touch with all reason when you can shoot an enemy dead in war and that's fine, but then get in trouble for cutting the hands off the corpse to identify the body. Once the former is permitted then the latter really becomes rather irrelevant as far as treatment of another goes.

How is that humorous?

Well, my comments were no more than a bit of word-play.

Black humour, yes, but humour all the same.

I thought it was better than some of the 'kill 'em all' comments
we usually get.

People making a mountain out a molehill can be humorous. There is nothing funny about what happened, just the overreactions to it.
