I'd say there has been argument about legal professional privilege, and I'd guess that the Court will order documents, subject to that privilege, which were seized, be returned unopened to Slater & Gordon.

Not sure what the point is, the issue served it purpose, it showed all Australians what kind of dodgy work she does and the dodgy characters she associated with, regardless of whether she broke the law.

As a minimum she was manipulating the system to pretend something was not really what is was i.e. ..... a slush fund then this slush fund was used for fraud.

Non of this is in dispute, in fact some of this is SOP for lawyers, in particular the more dodgy ones.

Now if she broke the law ...... that would be icing on the cake for her lacking credibility.
