I think it may have been this kerfuffle on return from last week.  I'd say there has been argument about legal professional privilege, and I'd guess that the Court will order documents, subject to that privilege, which were seized, be returned unopened to Slater & Gordon.

the accused is one Bruce Wilson...wonder when he will appear in court??

No-one, including Wilson, has been charged with any offence, cods.  Why don't you read the link instead of typing rubbish?

I did   and its dated a week ago....

the listing in the court.. which I cannot link to here... says accused BRUCE WILSON...he was not in court...

and it is dated today......

if you can explain how to put the link up.. I wish I could do it..but I am not lying... its there on his website.

You are probably referring to this report by Akerman in The Australian.  Note the reference to 'accused by Union.'

Here are some more links to the same matter.  No-one charged, cods....it is all procedural concerning search warrants executed during nothing more than an investigation.
