Live Q&A with Kevin Rudd - Thursday 5 Sep 7.30pm AEST

On Thursday 5 September, Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will be joining us for the final GetUp Live! of our election campaign.

He will spend 45 minutes answering questions submitted through this webpage and via Twitter using #askRudd

DETAILS

When: Thursday 5 September, 7.30pm AEST
Where: Tune in at www.getup.org.au/askrudd

Use the tool on this page to ask the Prime Minister your question about issue that matter to you this election. Unfortunately he won't have time to answer every question, so questions that were asked the most frequently will be prioritised.

Question submission closes at midday Thursday 5 September.

We extended invites to do a live Q&A session with Tony Abbott (Coalition) and Christine Milne (The Greens) and are still awaiting responses.

Hmm looks like the time is up.

I'd like to ask Kev if should the Coalition be elected Sat will he and Labor acknowledge the Coalition's mandate to scrap the carbon tax and instruct their MPs to vote accordingly? Huh

Or perhaps he could talk about how he felt when Tony ignored his mandate for an ETS after the 07 election & why an election win suddenly becomes a mandate for the Libs that must be obeyed yet the very same thing is thought of as a brain snap of the electorate when Labor wins & therefore can be ignored.

Tony has done nothing except oppose & block & frankly I hope he gets his own medicine back in a double dose.

REBELLION is when you turn off the TV & start educating & thinking for yourself.

Perhaps he can talk about that, because talk is about all he ever does, but while he's at it he might like to mention what he thought about the Coalition recognising the clear mandate about the rollback of Workchoices.

He could also discuss what skuzbags Labor will look like for imposing the carbon tax without a mandate and then ignoring the mandate to scrap it. Grin

Dear Mr Selfie $A250B Kevvy kardashian,

1/ Why did you plummet from having the highest popularity of a PM to your own party dumping you within your 1st term?

2/ Who white-anted Gillard?

3/ Why did 1/3 of the cabinet resign when you came back?
