Just the remnants of Jonny Howards reign, the only thing Rudd has to be proud of is the 50 000 fake reffos that will be on centrelink for life and a massive debt.

I can only agree; best to vote informal and save the taxpayer $2.47, that's what a candidate gets for every vote, no matter from which party or independent.

Too many cooks spoil the broth, a choice between two dictators provides the most satisfactory outcome, one dictator is bad and threes a crowd, two is just right.  Cheesy

not bad considering global conditions are the worst they've been since the great depression ......

and don't try to play the power prices card ... power prices at least doubled during Howards last few years, as did most other things  .... if anything labor slowed inflation right down

For me Rudd is the better option than Abbott.

But his Government has been appalling. And the changing of leaders by his party just a few weeks out from an election?

No way. They absolutely deserved to be kicked out.

Their economic performance has been appalling if you compare them to forecasts (which is what the rest of mortals have as a judgement by the market).

It's a good job the majority of the voters think the Coalition will do a good job then, ergo Tony Abbott WILL be a good PM.
