Here we are, 4.16 am.

Today may see the beginning of the Tony Abbott era.
If so, I believe he will become one of our best PM's.

Phoney Tony will make McMahon look competent. I can not believe how easily pleased you are.

Phoney Tony will only be good for the big industrialists, who seem to have bought him some time ago! The rest of us will experience a new kind of hell!  Angry

It's a pity, that morons just don't die out! Why are there so many people whos IQ is lower than their age?  Sad

Hmmmm let me guess....you're 12.

Finally...finally...we are going to get a Government that isn't riddled with infighting.

The last 6 years have been like a ride in hell....3 Prime Ministers..the same one twice.

50,000 extra mouths to feed, most probably for the rest of their lives.

Borrowing 100 million dollars a day from China just to pay for the housekeeping....300 billion big ones in six years.

Time to throw these Labor imposters out on the street.

Go vote for a decent future for yourself and your kids, Vote Liberal Smiley

Hi Baron,
I strongly advise you to vote 1 the Greens for a strong house of review.

Remember that Abbott is on learner plates.

hes been in parliament 20 years and a minister for about 8.  hardly L plates, twit.

He will be a PM on learner plates - twit.

what a typicaslly stupid comment.  as far as I am aware only Menzies and Rudd ever came to the job having done it before.

do you ever think before you vomit on your keyboard?

We have a Kevin Rudd dartboard. We will be playing pin the tail on Penny Wong and a collection of blue ties for everyone.

I'll be happy to see the end of the poor Government in place now.

Though out boozing in Richmond in bars with young ladies is obviously what I will be doing than watching the result....

Nonetheless, whilst I am happy Rudd will go - replacing him with a card carrying nut job like Tony Abbott?
Sorry, I'll pass on that celebration too.

Yes, it's a good day for singin' a song,
And it's a good day for movin' along;
Yes, it's a good day, how could anything go wrong,
A good day from mornin' till night.

Yes, it's a good day for shinin' your shoes,
And it's a good day for losin' the blues;
Ev'rything to gain and nothin' to lose,
'Cause it's a good day from mornin' till night.

I said to the sun, "good mornin', sun.
Rise and shine, today"
You know you've gotta get goin'
If you're gonna make a showin'
And you know you've got the right of way

'Cause it's a good day for payin' your bills;
And it's a good day for curin' your ills,
So take a deep breath and throw away your pills;
'Cause it's a good day from mornin' till night.

Enjoy tonight, but don't drink and drive . . .I've tried it and it doesn't work.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

Yes I did. Like Carter, history will judge him better given the challenges he faced.
Worth pointing out he never lost an election since becoming Governor of Texas.
