Andrew Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest

Will Andrew Robb get enough time outside of the lunatic asylum he needs to reside in to do his job properly?
If Andrew does not take the copious quantities of anti psychotic drugs he needs to ingest each day he could kill himself or his loved ones at the drop of a hat and we don't need the kiddies seeing that on national TV.
Is an insane lunatic like Andrew Robb fit for public office?
