All the great Arabists like Francois Holland, Barack O'Bama and David Cameron say so. Even Tony says so. When guys with guns shout Allahu Akhbar it means 'our motivations will henceforth be unknowable'. It's a magic shibboleth. And every Western leader knows that much Arabic.

The literal translation of Allahu Akhbar is actually "Allah is not here", that is, "No Islam to see here, move on, and if you don't you are an Islamophobe and [we will smite your neck]". Scholars are of course divided and if you do not speak classical Arabic then you cannot possibly understand what they are saying or why.

Ain't that marvellous??
