It means taking away responsibility when it should not be taken away.

Very briefly:
Palestinians, Muslim Arabs (Shiites, Sunnis, whatever) are either fully responsible for what they do, in which case they are the equals of other peoples - OR they are not responsible for what they do in which case they should be treated like others with diminished responsibility - children, the mentally disabled, the demented.

But they forever seem to blame OTHERS for their own actions (firing rockets, beheading, bombing school buses and the like), claiming that it is others who make them do such things AND then they take the aid money and the seat at the international table AS IF they were grown ups, in control of their own actions.

You/Brain (same thing), PB and the rest of the sandalistas fuel this delusion of their being simultaneously children and grownups.

This is called apologetics. And because you know it's a crock of shite, it is properly called spineless apologetics.

I don't expect you to understand any of this but here it is, mediate on it.
