Ah but that's different because Labor only had a mandate for workchoices in 2007 but Tony has a mandate for ALL his policies now.

Yep I had the same idea.  Just need to get around to doing it, and kicking work to get the time to

that would be reasonable altho how about we back-ate it to 2007 so we have some comparison? Seriously, I think a rigorously unbiased site for that would be of value.  alas, it is more likely to be done by the ALP or IA or someone useless like that.

only on the carbon tax.  it was the policy the people rejected and THAT is why they should support its repeal just as the Libs supported the repeal of WorkChoices.

Was there a separate ballot that I wasn't aware of, where I had to stipulate which policy I most reject?

what time is your boat leaving MOTR...???   theres a few sore losers on here you can take with you...

dont forget he went to the election on his CARBON TAX policy a bit more than can be said for SOME Cheesy

and he WON SOUNDLY..so suck it up

Did the Reich suck it up when they lost in 2007? 2010? How many different ways did the Reich misogynists come up with for
KILLING
Gillard?

Abbott and his whole front bench are walking around with targets on their foreheads. Abbott should be put in a chaff bag and dumped at sea....

How long did the Reich astroturfers go around with the "DITCH THE B1TCH" signs? How long did the Reich go around with the "JULIAR" crap? Gillard's been out of office for a few months now, and they're still at it.

Now you want left-leaning members of Australian society to "suck it up"? That is not likely so get used to it.

what a pitiful childish post.  You seem to think that the Opposition shouldn't oppose.  You seem to think (wrongly) that Gillards position as PM was not highly compromised since she had less votes and less seats than the opposition.  You seem to live under this misapprehension that politics is not an adversarial endeavour.

And....save. Grin Grin Grin

The Liberals didn't support the repeal of workchoices and believe it or not the 2007 election was about workchoices where the 2013 election was not about the carbon price.

I know you have already suggested another Thread be stickied skippy.....but I'd love this one to be as well.  There are lots of promises he made which ought be preserved here.

I'm not going anywhere, cods. You win some, you lose some, but you never give up fighting for what is right.
