As the alternative Government it has a responsibility to provide its stance - either supportive or not - on key policy areas.

You don't think it would be stupid with a capital "S" to announce the introduction of a carbon price before a leader has been selected, the decision has not been made and while we currently have a carbon price in place with no likelihood of it being removed?

I know it is your duty to support captain rats but really supporting extra stupid does nothing for credibility.

I also have no allegiance but most people correctly place my view as far towards the centre as they do you to the right.

There's no need for it to change. Meanwhile, the Diabolic Abbott doesn't need to find out whether his policy will work. It's belief that counts. All that science stuff is witchcraft.
