I support the ability of multi-nationals to have disputes resolved in tribunals outside of the local court system.

It has not gone unnoticed that Tony's fanbois are reluctant to state a position on this issue. I guess, like the rest of us, they're worried which way the mad bugger might jump.

What's your stance on this issue, progs and cods?

They won't have one until the Coalition announces theirs. You know that.

You are partly right.

I am confident the libs will do a thourough thought through the issues. When they announce their position and if different to mine, I will take on board their position and see if their explanation sways my position.

We gathered that, progs. Just another example of you outsourcing your thinking to others.

Grin Grin Grin Grin

The 2 dopies letting everyone know that they have closed minds. They just dont know what to do with someone who says they will make judgement after getting all the facts and waiting for an explanation of a parties position.

Keep it up progs, at least now I can now spend my time laughing at the libs.

You say that because you are closed minded. You dont listen. There was lenty of times I explained my position and wy I couldnt wait for labor to be wiped off them. To which I got my wish.

rubbish, I did listen, I just didn't agree with what you were saying , after all, you were wrong on almost every single occasion

Yeh I only had to be right on one didnt I. Labor got their wosrt primary result for 100 years. Lol what a guess they would have their azz handed to them while u actually thought they would do well

I don't believe I ever said labor would win ....... if I said labor would win you should have no trouble providing a link to that quote ..... I bet you won't find one .....

at least try to be honest progs ...

Getting a bit desperate trying to find stuff to criticise Abbott?  So desperate that you are not even considering an action or decision but rather a choice to CONSIDER the issue.

I have a point of view, longy. The Coalition is considering ceding our sovereignty to opaque international forums that we have no control over. I find the concept treasonous. There is no point agitating against ISDS clauses once the treaty has been signed.

If the government of the day wants to cede our democratic power they should have the guts and courtesy to do it in an open and transparent manner.

that is a little hysterical... not, it is a LOT hysterical.  I don't agree with it either but just on case you haven't read properly, the Libs don't necessarily agree with it either. they are simply CONSIDERING the issue aka thinking about it.  I know it has been 6 years since we had any policy that was actually well-considered so perhaps you don't really recognise the concept when you see it.

how about saving your faux-angst for and ACTUAL DECISION and an ACTUAL EVENT instead of suffering from premature outrage as you do.

Prevention is always better than the cure, longy.

and reality is better than paranoia.  fact better than fiction.

you are imagining problems and jumping at shadows.  You need some serious help.

I said you I didn't agree with you because you were wrong, and then you said you were right, once, about labor losing the election

that implies that I disagreed with you when you said labor would lose ... if that's the case then find it  (do you always struggle to follow a conversation?)

What you fail to appreciate John is that someone isn't less Australian because they choose to live in a different country.

Keith Urban?
Clive James?
Kylie Minogue?
Rolf Harris (LOL) ?

They aren't Australian in your opinion then??
