I have said plenty of good things about Costello, McFarlane, Turnbull, Georgio, Moylan, & a few others

Isn't he on record saying that what he says can't be trusted, unless he's reading a prepared statement*? Can we afford such ineptitude and untrustworthiness from the one who represents us?

* What if the prepared statement is a "non-core" promise?
