LOL.  You do know who the architect of that "plan" was?  Did you carry on then?

But yeah, it was a monumentally stupid plan as befitting a rushed Rudd thought bubble, as soon as the first woman gets raped by a Rascol and the first machete attack it will called off, but we will still be required to pay PNG millions.

Nice work Rudd.  Angry

Agree - it must have been a good idea because the Libs have ME2d  it and expanding it.

Well done Ruddy!

I see, so cos it was Rudds idea it must be good? As for Adelcrow he seems to have no clue whose policy it was, he thinks it was Abbotts.  Grin

Oh well, fits the pattern I suppose, Labor have traditionally been cruel to asylum seekers, twas they that legislated mandatory detention, excised the mainland (despite previously describing it as "a stain on our national character", twas they that got rid of govt funded vocational and English lessons, no automatic access to the dole and in cases where it could be received, legislated that it be a lower amount, and it was they that stopped asylum seekers being allowed to work.

What was it the great Labor man said?  Oh yeah, "I'm not having hundreds of smacking Vietnamese Balts coming into this country with their religious and political hatreds against us!".

That is the trouble with the rusted ons, they applaud behaviour which if done by the Libs they would claim to be  appalled by.  Or is that confected outrage and secretly they like Labor smacking over asylum seekers, cos it is certainly looking that way.

Or is it just the typical luvvie flexible morality?  Cool
