when will labor learn that its celebrity parachuting is a disaster.  Either they lose winnable seats or they will win but turn out to be such incredible dogs that they almost wish they hadn't won. Maxine McClueless was a massive dud.  Lurch likewise was a disaster.

The really funny thing about it is that many lefties thought it was a stroke of genius.  Grin In retrospect, it was probably the point when Labor's vote plummeted (after Rudd's immediate sugar hit) and stayed there.

MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT:  lots of contenders including ABbotts 'sexy' comment but the winner was Rudds 'concession' speech, generally regarded as the worst ever

you thinking it does not automatically make it generally accepted, moron ....

did you take a ballot? How would you know it was generally accepted?

have you even READ comments from analysts and pollies from BOTH sides of politics?  It was regarded as the worst concession speech of all time and one that highlighted just how delusional Rudd is.  Labor MPs on the night were visibly embarrassed by his 23 minute 'concession' which was anything else but.

His comment regarding Glasspn was disgusting and an appalling thing for a Prime Minister to say. Also, did anyone notice at the start, how he just absolutely reliahed in the applause, and at no point tried to stop it so that he could talk? Rudd may be the most narcisistic PM we've ever had.

John you know he is right.

Look at Adelcrow's threads on here.

About 5 or 6 of them just anti-Abbott and blaming him from everything under the sun up to the Lindberg kidnapping.

The election has been held - Abbott got in with a huge majority and the people decided it.

What's the point of the bitching and moaning from the word go?

Is it not just a little bit ridiculous?

How about we see some of your "objective opinion" on this one and agree it is the case?

how many threads did maqqa start EVERY day prior to the election Andrei?? How often did you b1tch about it? What about Red?  Progs? Armpit? Longy? Sprint? Cods? and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on .....

You cannot run like that for 6 yrs and then whinge when someone else does it back to you. That's called HYPOCRISY

when you start using objective opinion, I'll reciprocate, until then piss off.

Funny how that time frame coincided with the impact of the negative media campaign kicking in in terms of the polls.

Those posters posted those threads after Labor had been in for near on 6 years. Abbott has only been in for 1 week!

I call things as I see them John.

1. I have no political allegiance, I have declared that and I remain that. I am actually no fan of Abbott - which again I have stated.

2. I am clearly pointing out that holding a Government of less than a fricken month to issues and factors which have a turnaround time of about 10-12 months in some cases - is beyond fking absurd.

3. The threads on here of Adelcrow and to some extent MOTR are absurd. Just muck raking and sh*t slinging at Tony Abbott for no valid reason at all.

Again. I am pointing out. It's ridiculous and adds no political comment worthy points at all.

If you too were objective, I fail to see how you could hold a different opinion.

Or do you genuinely believe Abbott should be criticised from day 1 for macro economic factors and decisions taken by prior Government?????

You did tell me just a few weeks before the election with certainty that we would lose, and instead we won in a landslide.

One doesn't read "dribble".

One can, however, read drivel.

English 101, old boy.

au contraire

I conceded defeat and said that the ALP would most certainly lose.

Do a search.  You'll see.
