The boats had slowed down prior to the election thanks to Rudd's PNG Solution and Abbott is continuing with this policy.

He is being given false credit.

As his ministers are gagged and Abbott chooses to run the government in secrecy with whispers behind closed doors - you don't know what the truth is.

No, they hadn't slowed at all. Two or three a day under Rudd isn't slowing.
