Employers are always attacking those rights and freedoms, wanting them reduced or removed in the name of "flexibility". They see them as an expensive hindrance on their ability to maximise their profits, at the expense of the workers. Workers fought for those rights and freedoms because they had suffered exploitation at the hands of unscrupulous employers.

Because looking at workers in the West and workers in Socialist states, We have far more rights and freedoms than other workers from socialist state don't have.

run pseudo capitalist fascist Oligarchy

China is a

state

run pseudo capitalist fascist Oligarchy

the differences are trivial and superficial

You continue to portray capitalism as some sort of product of democracy (when it is not) and socialism as a product of totalitarianism

Capitalism is just an economic model, like the barter system. It is not a political doctrine in its own right.

So the opposite of socialism is fascism (although so called socialist states can be fascist even though their rulers claim other wise - which is the case int eh USA as well - they claim to be free and democratic when they are far from it - the USA isn't even capitalist)

At a fundamental level I don't think it does.
In the current crony corporate level maybe.

Two phrases of why it doesn't in a "free market":
- Voluntary interaction for mutually perceived benefit
- Time preference

Though I think with the current system of politicized unions and corporate powers, not to mention the inability to opt out of mandatory taxation , you end up taking away most of the voluntary interaction and time preference gets distorted with survival preference of whatever the master will give or whatever the union says.

Lol chimp a capitalist can just hit the almighty with universally preferable behavior to take the moral high ground. If it can't be proven inside an objective ethical framework then it isn't a moral truth and therefore can't be used to judge a person. The dude did make the universe so it's his rules, UPB just follows how the universe is and how humans are. Beyond that you can't judge someone by something arbitrary that goes against their nature. (Basically I'm saying that socialism isn't an objective moral standard"
