I think you may have finally said something that is close to accurate, but with your history of posts I am sure it was by accident.

There is no doubt that in a mature economy like Australia investments that grow growth and employment are harder to find, if anything efficiency dividends using tech reduce employment.

Going to be tricky adjusting to a global economy and thank bugger I will probably be dead by the time its full ramifications hit home.

Really? I'm not unemployed. I own my own business. My wife is also employed on a comfortable salary as a High School teacher. My middle brother is a Paramedic in Newcastle, NSW and my youngest brother is a truck driver for a mining company. My father works for a company that distributes mobility equipment for the elderly and disabled while my mother is a teacher's aide at a Primary School. Seems to be plenty of work out there.
