If it comes down to a guy and a pretty fit girl, then I am telling you who wins every time at our place...

For a Finance Accountant role I went on a run of 3 Asian girls in a row on hiring.

That's just the way it is. If you get candidates and there's nothing between them on skills, then sex appeal is absolutely a factor.
In my experience Asian girls cause less trouble than Aussies anyway.

Because the male of the species got preferential treatment, for quite a long period of time & the only way to balance that situation over time, is to reverse that preferential treatment.

Oh & btw, it is merit that is needed, Because the male of the species certainly has stuffed things up, immensely, as we are now in the process of seeing, in both Political & Economic terms!

The women at VP level at our place pretty much all have either no children or have a child and return to work immediately leaving a nanny to look after their child.

I call them out as hard nosed bitches because they absolutely are.
