Lets just take the party political crap out of the argument.
Who here thinks gifting major international corporations MORE of your $$$ with NO strings in the hope they'll change their operating practices is a good idea.
And exactly how will this achieve the stated target of a 5% reduction in emissions.

Or should we continue to use the stick approach of putting a price on said emissions whilst mitigating cost to consumers with the compensation which will still be continuing even if the penalties for polluting will be scrapped?

Are you happy to pay twice(compo and DA).

who said there are 'no strings'?  you don't know the details of DA any more than I do.

Well seeing as they have started action to remove carbon pricing don't you think its time to tell us more?

maybe.  you do know parliament opens soon?  how about you wait for the details before saying pointlessly uninformed things?

and since Labor wont repeal the carbon tax there is another 6 months of extra waiting.

OK fine but your wanting to get back to discussing issues.

Heres two things we know for sure
1) DA uses tax $$
2) Compo stays

so back to my original question

Are you happy to be paying twice?

Can't imagine why they would ignore you?  Can you think of any reason for that?

Do you think that the ALP might have had its H/Q checked for listening devices? I'll bet the maggots at ALP H/Q are saying "let's be careful because Saladin is on to us; he knows all about our caper." ALP H/Q is nothing more than a freak show.

The ALP, the progressive party, the party of ideas, the workers' friend, is the only Australian political party to roast four young Australians in roof cavities. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

no one in the Libs wants to end the carbon tax/ETS?????

that kinda makes you sound dumb.

im not happy about paying for ANYTHING.  that makes your question somewhat silly.

and one is a tax cut - not a govt payment.  and yes,  there IS a difference.

No.  Clearly ALP sources (must come from LNP leaks, or the ALP are lying) state that Hockey and Bishop are not happy with what Abbott wants about the ETS.

Well, no you didn't, but please carry on with that delusion.  You use it quite a lot as part of your silly presence here.

Ha. You are the first to complain about lies you claim  are posted about you.  Yet, you have no care in the World about posting sheer rubbish in the direction of others.  (I should say that I don't care less what you say about me, but others may be less robust and be intimidated by your blow hard crap.)

You do know that a Shadow Minister is in opposition don't you?  You do know that the ALP is the opposition don't you?

Gosh, when did that happen?

Cheesy

Not much.  Okay.

So after all that baseless bluster what you are saying is...  you've got nothing and I was right and YOU were wrong.
Ok fine by me.  Cheesy Grin Cheesy Grin Cheesy

Okay.  Then I expect both Hockey and Bishop to be open in public and tell us all that what Butler sent across the Nation about them was bullshit.

I'm looking forward to that, and if it does not happen, I conclude that what the Shadow Minister said is very likely true.

You need to go back to the start and read all my replies again...  you might just get it then...
Of course on previous experience you may never get it at all.
THIS IS A BOGUS TOPIC based on ALP Propaganda, sent to ALP supporters...

Let me know when you get it Aussie.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I have no idea where you get the 'someone' or the 'everyone.'

I made it quite plain in the OP what the source was, and not one Member/poster has come up with a credible denial about what that source said was fact.

'credible denial'?  is that code for "I was never a lawyer so I've never heard of the concept of providing evidence to substantiate an allegation'?

Butler is the 'prosecution'.  we are the jury but where is the evidence??

you were never a lawyer.
