What a storm of outrage this has caused with Western collaborators and the Usual Idiots of non-Muslim faith.

Did we hear any protests from these pathetic 'Own-Goalers' when Saudi Arabia banned Christian churches?

Of course we didn't, any more than we saw the feminists rise up in horror at the lowly status of women in Muslim society.

Quote:
Angola adopted its national flag on November 11, 1975 following its independence from Portugal. The Angolan flag is divided into two halves - red at the top and the bottom half is black. In the middle of the flag is a yellow emblem that comprises a partial cog wheel, a machete and a star.

The objects in the emblem represent industrial and agricultural workers. The cogwheel is symbolic of the laborers, the machete stands for peasants and the nation's armed struggle, while the star signifies international solidarity.

The red color in the flag is a representation of the blood shed by Angolans during the national liberation struggle and the defense of the country. The black stands for the Continent of Africa. The yellow represents the mineral wealth of Angola.

It's got a very Islamic look about it.

I see Herbie as usual has failed to produce any proof about this having occurred in Angola.  How unsurprising.  He truly follows the "way of the troll".    Grin

Try Googling "Angola destroys mosques".

What do we find - Palestinians burning Angolan flags.

WTF does Palestine have to do with Angola - except the obvious link?

Bring on the next Crusade!

The Angolan leadership does seem to be getting a little defensive about this 'reported' banning. I think they're feeling a little shocked by the negative reaction from the Useful Idiots of the international community.

They're now saying that they've been 'misinterpreted', or some such thing.

This year I sat in a car being driven by a jet-black Christian refugee woman/wife/mother from the Sudan ~ and I as surprised when she said "Australia should be very careful about bringing in Muslims".

I let it go at that. I didn't press her to explain herself.

If the Angolan leadership has taken a lesson from Nigeria's endless internecine butchery involving the Muslims and the Christians, then it's a smart move.

The government of the No.2 oil producer in Africa has faced a storm of criticism after some international media reported it had "banned Islam", causing embarrassment for this member of the OPEC oil cartel dominated by Muslim states.

Quote:
In a briefing to diplomats on Friday, Foreign Minister Georges Chikoti said there had been "misunderstandings" about the government action.

Quote:
Chikoti said Angola's constitution defends the right to religious freedom, but the law requires religious groups to meet legal criteria to be recognized as official churches.

And here's the most important lesson about our times that historians will one day look back upon and ponder the mystery of why the West didn't put the Immigrant Islamic Genie back into its bottle while there was still time.

Historians will muse over the curious phenomenon of Useful Idiots and the Western leadership submitting meekly to the burgeoning menace of Immigrant Islam just as the Jews once went quietly into the night for the easy convenience of their most deadly enemy.

Quote:
Alex Vines, an Angola expert at London-based think-tank Chatham House, said the issue had been clumsily handled by the government and the recent media headlines about a "ban on Islam" could attract hostility from radical Islamist groups.

Yes indeed. The spectre of Islamist violence looms yet once again in the service of the caliphate.

The ICA president also said Muslim women who wear veil face intimidation and violence in Angola.

“As things stand, most Muslim women are afraid to wear the veil. A woman was assaulted in hospital in Luanda for wearing a veil, and on another occasion, a young Muslim lady was beaten up and told to leave the country because she was wearing a veil,” Ja stated.

I normally don't favor banning things, but in this case if it is true, I wouldn't object. Islam has a bad habit of banning dissent and persecuting dissenters so why not ban them and their often repressive ways. Turnabout is fair play assuming that its true.

So, banning things, if done by a Muslim is wrong?

Yet, Angola banning Muslims 'cause they're Muslim, is right?

I think you need to work on the logic a bit there mate!   Grin Grin Grin Grin Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin Grin Grin
