Have you ever seen an admission of guilt quite like this?
The ex ASIO bloke that should be flying to the Hague to give evidence has been arrested.
News just in....they've cancelled his passport, so he can't go and give evidence.
I hope the Hague courts will set up a video link so he can give evidence.
It's wrong for a wealthy nation to steal from its poor neighbour, just so wrong!
I hope East Timor win the case, in spite of Abbott sabotaging the evidence.
What is of greater importance is the separation of powers.
Lawyers are supposed to have privileged communication with clients
& the law should be separated from Govt.
ASIO must have acted illegally.I hope we get a high court ruling on this case.
Yes they did Bobby.
That's why it's going before an international court.
They know they are guilty as charged that's why the key witness is being held and has had his passport revoked.
This is all about Alexander Downer, his mates are leading the charge to protect him, all roads lead back to Downer, the grubbiest politician that has ever existed.
The story is headlines in the Guardian.....you'll have to look a bit harder to find it in the Murdoch press.

There is absolutely no doubt that we thoroughly did East Timor over in the oil and gas negotiations.
Downer even moved the East Timor's boundaries to Australia's huge advantage by arguing that the deep oceanic trench which happened to run much closer to East Timor than their normal boundaries should be split down the middle, giving all the advantage to Australia.
The effete little prick was proud about how he'd done it. Still would be.

Just when I thought it could not get worse.
And why is this Prime Minister shacking up at Australian Federal Police headquarters.
We have seen he will stop at nothing to get his own way. We have known for a long time he has no respect for the letter of the law. Now it seems he is happy to break the law itself.
If Abbott has indeed has caused people to brake the law he needs to be at least questioned by the relevant authorities. But he is in cahoots with the AFP.
Dangerous times.
