The righto's should be disappointed that the idiots they support have initiated a needless and useless expensive political witch hunt.

It seems that the Libs can not get past their opposition mentality and move into government mode. Probably part of the reason they have been clearly the worst new government in Australian history.

so did you have a nice Chrissy dna?? I do hope so.. though looks like you may have had a bit of indigestion..sorry.. but its till coming though loud a clear..

it isnt a witch hunt and thats cruel to those families who have asked for this. it isnt just about the Fed Govt its about the States as well..if your son was knocked down and killed by a motorist at least the driver would b e in court and charged with something.,..

these people have nothing..

I think its very offensive to those families to call it a witch hunt out of spitefulness..they dont deserve that,

It is the government using this as a political toy which is disrespectful and hurtful  to the families.

THEY HAVE ASKED FOR IT.. DNA EXPLAIN THAT?

Rubbish!

There has ALREADY been more than one enquiry, INCLUDING a Coroner's enquiry.

None have given you the answer you want to hear, so you keep changing referees
in the hope one will eventually deliver what you want them to say.

It is the Coalition who's in the wrong here, not Labor or the Left.

STFU, and move on.

Cods, exactly what is this 'justice' you refer to.  Put some body to that notion.  What is the practical, tangible thing you call 'justice' in this case?

This whole exercise is just a cynical political ploy by the shambles. They have cruelly played on the feelings of these families. When it is all over and nothing new has been found—what of the families then? Will they finally accept their sons are dead or will some shyster talk them into private court action?

Rudd handled this badly, not meeting with the families at the time then trying to pull a beatty and accept blame and demote Garrett. However—we will always have insensitive political clowns around—just look at the simian! Apparently one of the families is a Liberal supporting one, were easily talked into wanting the RC. It will not benefit them or the Libs one bit.

One or more of the 3 men who died in Qld bought metal staples because they didn’t like the plastic ones, too slow to use. Who is to blame there?

Bah, just dirty “peanut” politics, a Lib specialty!

How many people died during the Iraq war due to our PM's lie supported decision?

No Australians as a result of action.  Three died in 'accidents.'  Squillins of others of course.  But that has SFA to do with this Thread.

Happy with going into Iraq.

A country ignored resolutions for 13 years. Time had run out so we went in. Fine by me.

So it does not matter how many deaths our leader is responsible for as long as they are not Australians?

Seems funny that the same standard only applies to boat people when the conservatives are in government.

Labor fears Pink Batts inquiry findings

Wonder how the ABCC enquiry will go ???

Every year they have been in operation so far has seen an increase in workplace deaths.

What is the bet that Abbott's ABCC will get the same result ????

Why would you think that a future sewer dwelling government would not reciprocate the actions of this group of sewer dwellers ???

I would think that the possible direct results of this political witch hunt are valid to the topic.

Questioning the reasons behind, benefit, relevance or necessity of this Inquiry is not enhanced by attacking the lack of Inquiry into Iraq, or any other matter.
