An African woman who was denied permission to travel to Australia for facial reconstruction surgery by the Gillard government has had a second visa application approved.

Ayaan Mohamed, 25, suffered horrific facial injuries when she was shot as an infant during Somalia’s brutal civil war.

Brisbane’s Wesley Hospital and Rotary offered to bring Ayaan to Australia for the complicated surgery free of charge, but she was denied a medical visa last March.

Ayaan made a second visa application in October, which Immigration Minister Scott Morrison has now approved.
More than 40,000 people petitioned the government on the woman’s behalf.

What useless, pathetic, hypocritical grubss the Right are!!!

I remember that case well, and you grubs squealed like smacking girls when
the decent among us called for this woman to be helped.

The vile things the Right said about her, and those of us who wanted to help
her, was beyond all bounds of acceptability.

Now, you two-faced ratbagss have the smacking GALL to try to blame Gillard for not
letting her in and granting her help, when YOU called so loudly for her not to be
helped at that time.

As for the hospital paying, you refused to accept that back then, and insisted 'the
taxpayer' would be footing the bill.

But now Tony and Scott say she can come, so all is rosy?

Its refreshing to have true humanitarians in charge now, no more dead boat people washing up on our shores, all orderly and safe again with no risk to anyone.
Sure beats the lefts chaos theory that they like to apply with gusto to any given situation, it really is tragic how galactically stupid they are but what can you do? Cry
