I'm sorry for the generalisation. I have to admit though not all asians are like that. It's just the majority of them giving asians a bad name. The malays are generally a well-behaved bunch I believe. (Been to Malaysia for vacation)

culture allows you to transcend your race - white, African, East/South Asian, Arab, etc. It is the vehicle of mobility between race/cultures.

Culture allows you, invites you, as an individual, to transcend your race. Most people, however, have a sense of cultural solidarity that maps onto their race. So the very few people who change culture illustrate the point. VS Naipaul, is such an example.

Class (standards) are also very important. But the size of the underclass in each culture/race is not he same. In Africa and the third world generally, the vast majority are illiterate, uncultivated. In European and European-derived societies the underclass has ben steadily shrinking due to specifically European cultural values like education, equality before the law, individual responsibility trumping group identity (ie class).

One of the best things about European/white/enlightenment culture/race is tht it i open to personal merit and individual achievement due to personal effort in way no other race or culture is. And foremost among European and European-derived cultures/races in this regard are the Anglo-Celtic-European, English speaking countries.

Test it and see if this s wrong.

UK, Australia, NZ, Canada, US, Ireland - European and English speaking - tick
South Africa, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kenya, PNG, Fiji, etc - English speaking but not European - no tick or cigar.
