You may recall the court case where he was found to have been untruthful in what he had said about a group of indigenous people, there have been several other cases as well.

Their story telling regularly departs significantly from fact.

How can doubting, questioning something be untruthful? Bolt was found guilty of hurting their feelings. Just like the Catch the Fire pastors were found guilty of hurting muslims' feelings by reading the Koran and sniggering simultaneously..
