Stratos,

QUESTION;

When Nathan came to King David, and confronted David with his grevious sin, what did David then do ?

What was David's response ?

Did King David deny what Nathan accused him of, and did King David then have Nathan executed ?

2 Samuel 12:1-13

APPENDED;

QUESTION;
When Nathan came to "hurt" King David, and confronted David with his grievous sin, what did David then do ?

A.
"....David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD...."

2 Samuel 12:1-13

"....[David said;] I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me."

Psalms 51:3

n.b.
King David did NOT deny his transgression or wrongdoing.

He actually confessed his error openly, to the whole world, in his Psalms!

If we compare Mohammed, and King David;

How did Mohammed respond when he was criticised and accused of wrongdoing ?

Q.
What did Mohammed do when he was "hurt" [rightly accused] by his contemporary critics ?

A.
The Hadith records that [on more than one occasion] Mohammed had his critics murdered [assassinated].

"Allah's Apostle said, "Who is willing to kill Ka'b bin Al-Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?" Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslama got up saying, "O Allah's Apostle! Would you like that I kill him?" The Prophet said, "Yes," Muhammad bin Maslama said, "Then allow me to say a (false) thing (i.e. to deceive Kab). "The Prophet said, "You may say it." "

King David demonstrated to the whole world that he was not one of the kuffar.

QUESTION;
WHO IS THE 'KUFFAR' ???

kuffar = = infidel = = 'a person who hides, denies, or covers the truth' = = liar
= = MOSLEM

"Dear muslim, YOU are the kuffar"

Quote:

You who embrace ISLAM, your own lies and deception, have become a witness against you, before God......

"kuffar" = = "...is an Arabic word meaning.....[an unbeliever] a person....who hides, denies, or covers the truth."

K,

I would classify myself as an eccentric.

I would classify myself as an 'eccentric', not because i consider myself to be an irrational person, but because i believe that i would be found, to be 'out there', on the periphery of the mass, of human consciousness.

K,

I am not 'normal'.

It is people like yourself K, that can claim that distinction.       Cheesy

K,

Just switch on, and watch the TV news tonight, to see what 'normal' people like yourself, have been getting up to [around the world].

Karnal, you appear to be limiting your criticism based on a sense of entitlement born out of familiarity. That is, you will criticise your own culture and the religion you were born into, you will criticise the critics of Islam, but you are not entitled to criticise Islam itself.

Do you see where I am going with this?

I feel entitled to criticize anything I disagree with, FD.

I reserve my observations, however, to things I have some knowledge of.

My observation of Muslims and their religion has been benign. If you want to change my observations and experience, you need to give me something to go on.

Feel free to do so, but expect criticism when you talk sh!t.

If it makes you feel any better, I have criticized Muslim knuckleheads on this board on many occasions. If their critics want a sane world, they should be prepared for exactly the same thing when they use the tactics of the extremist zealot. After all, the tactics only lead to blindness, ignorance, division and hate - all for its own sake, and all ultimately futile. You might recall the invasion of Irsq, the propaganda war that led to it, and the result: ongoing civil war in an important oil producing state - the exact opposite of the intended effect.

Do you see where I am going with this, FD?

Benign due to benign intent, or benign due to impotence?

You have seen enough of Muslims right on this forum saying they intend to abide by our local laws, but would prefer to reintroduce stoning to death etc. It's like the Pew survey issue. If you based your judgement solely on what these Muslims are currently doing and currently able to do, you get a very different picture to judging them based on what they want.

It is like you standing up for a Nazi who openly promoted slaughtering Jews, based on your observation of him not slaughtering Jews.

Where Muslims are actually in a position to achieve what they want, they always end up shitting on their own plate. But you refuse to look at that plate. You only allow yourself to see the actions of Muslims who, due to interference from non-Muslims, are not permitted to act the way they want. And even when they do - eg the underage marriage problem in Australia, Muslim terrorists in our jails - you cover your eyes. I think it's great that you only criticise what you know - the problem is that you don't want to know. You pop in occasionally and make a few jokes, then wander off again before you figure out what we are talking about.

No, FD, I’m looking at the views and behaviour of Muslims I share a community with - views and behaviour that directly contradict everything the knuckleheads on this site spend their days regurgitating, based on their foreign news stories, their hate websites, and one placard held up by toddlers at a Sydney rally: BEHEAD ALL THOSE WHO INSULT THE PROPHET.

How am I standing up for Nazi Muslim extremists? I don’t know any. Refer me to one, as the old boy did, and I’ll happily join the chorus.

I’m a bit surprised you expect me to take the "Islam"  board and its threads seriously. I gave up trying to discuss things with Y and the old boy years ago. Still, every now and then I’m pleasantly surprised.

But do you seriously expect me to engage in an erstwhile exchange of views here, of all places?

So it only takes one Nazi to get you to join the anti-Nazi chorus?

How do you "look at" the views of the Muslims you share a community with? Based on what I have seen you avoid finding out what Muslims think.

Pretty hard to avoid them, FD. They turn everything they touch to sh!t, remember? They want to blow us all up. Their duty is to defeat the infidel and establish the global caliphate.

How could I possibly ignore this? I live in the heart of Sydney’s Muslim crime ghetto.

There’s a Muslim prayer hall at the end of my street. Whenever I walk past, they smile and say hi.

Sinister, eh?

But guess what goes on inside - you won’t belive this. They pray.

I know, I know, I’m completely avoiding the truth here. I’m of that despicable breed - the appeaser, the spineless apologist.

We need to be exposed and rooted out, eh? Liquidated.

After all, you can’t win us over with the truth. You’ll need to use other means.

As Herbie says, we’ll all be dealt with in the fullness of time.

You think I’m joking? I’ve never made a joke on this board yet, FD.

You still haven't explained how you see their views. Do you know what they pray for?

You are mistaking impotence for benign intent. The Muslims are in no hurry to correct you.

This forum is entirely what you make of it Karnal. Everyone experiences it differently. You can have serious discussions. You can have endless mockery and stupidity. The point is, it is entirely your choice.

How do you know their views, FD? Been reading Y’s websites?

Keep up the good work..

Me? I talk to them. Crazy, I know, but I’m one of the spineless ones. Co-workers, fellow students, people I meet travelling, etc, etc, etc.

You tried this once with Abu and Falah. What happened, FD?

I think you might have scared them off.
