When using the local €15 per week wifi of the Islas Canerias, I am banned like a Tibetan in Beijing... Just found it odd?

Its happened about 3 times over 4 years. I believe it was a connection issue possibly because of congestion. Simply trying again didn't work - but closing the browser and restarting it cleared the problem.
