Julian Knight to rot in prison

Eligible for parole only if he is "in imminent danger of dying or is seriously incapacitated" and "no longer has the physical ability to harm any person"

Good result.

Pity the piece of crap is still breathing IMO.

Good ...........

but there are a few others who should be in the same boat.

Why is the legislation just for him?

Martin Bryant should be the same.......

those animals that murdered Anita Cobby are out I believe .... & they shouldn't be.

"Good morning, Mr Knight.  We of the Parole Hearing Board have convened a bedside sitting for you, since you are so desperately ill - and we are now prepared to hear your case for parole.  I warn you, before we proceed, that these are tough times, and our shortage of staff mean that your paperwork - if successful - cannot be processed for at least eighteen months"......

"But.. but.. but"...

"Tut, tut!  Sorry, Mr Knight - you should have filled out
Form 793 (a) as revised, and given proper notice - at least three years - that you intended to fall desperately ill.  It's not our responsibility to ensure you read the fine print."

WHAT?  We need a Vigilance Committee.  HTF do they ever find a place to live?  I know they have rights - well - to quote Dirty Harry - I'm real broken up about their rights!

IDEA:-  Maybe they could give 'em a job in the Queensland cops and send them in to raid to Vietnam and Veterans Motor Cycle Club.. and let the boys know in advance who they are......

At least one of them tried for parole.

Never to be released stamped on their papers.

They won't be getting out except in a coffin.

Julian Knight - adopted son of an Army officer, one-time cadet at Duntroon.  I recall after his arrest that a drill instructor there said he sincerely hoped Knight would be handed back to them before being sent to prison.

Bi' o' the ol' bawstidisay-shun, ay?
