But that's the DIFFERENCE matty: It's the JUDICIAL SYSTEM that decides. NOT News Ltd, or Tony, or people with half a lobe missing. Alevine, you'd have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to see that he was guilty from day one, it was blatantly obvious. Yet that didn't stop lefties on here (I don't think that you did but others) from saying that it was a conspiracy orchestrated by the likes of Jackson, Bolano, Abbott and the Liberal party at large, and that Thomson was an innocent man. matty, you'd have to be missing a lobe to think it's okay to do prosecution and judgement, OF A CRIME, by newspaper. And that's the point. I understood/understand the point that you made/are making, but my point is that people made up false, unfair and above all else, completely illogical, allegations against these people, and they supported Thomson's speech in parliament, which is now found out to be full of lies. Will these people now have the grace and humility to apologise and admit that they were wrong? So if you understand my point, would you agree that it was not the place of Tony Abbott, then opposition leader, to try and perform the prosecution of a CRIME from opposition benches? Do you agree that Tony ABbott should have immediately left it to the police to do their job - which would seem that they were able to do, after all? As opposed to undermine the entire system for the sake of political point scoring?
