Where they should have been going all along... to ON-SHORE processing centres.

Hostel-type, not concentration-camp type.

Processed quickly, then released as genuine into the community, or deported
immediately they're found to be non-genuine.

Three-year 'probation' period for those accepted, if the smack-up they're out.
