You just made two contradictory statements there armpitt ....  Grin Grin Grin thanks for proving my point.

How do you come to that flawed conclusion? The military is non-political - they do what the government says. Simple as that.

flawed? you really are an idiot aren't you???

you claim he was doing what his policitcal masters told him to do ... that makes him their minion, fool

A minion is a mindless drone acting without morals no matter what the job is. Do you see our military chiefs ever carpet-bombing Melbourne because it's full of anarchists, even if the PM of the day tells them to? Of course not. They do what they're told, within reason. That's not how a minion acts.  Roll Eyes

Did you make that up all on your own??  Grin Grin Grin

A minion is a loyal servant of another, usually a more powerful being.

If you go and ask the General if he's anyone's servant, I think you'll find his answer is an emphatic NO!

I think he'll tell you that like those beneath him, he to has to follow orders from his superiors .  So no matter what you call it, his answer would have to be a resounding YES

Conroy is an arrogant pig.. hope he gets the sack...

He may be removed ( ... in a lengthy, democratic process) as Deputy Leader of The Opposition in The Senate

He can only be "sacked" from the Senate by the people that PUT him there

VICTORIAN VOTERS

He is there (... if he so desires) until MID 2017

Even if, as an independent senator, should his party membership be revoked

( ... An even LONGER, democratic process - and HIGHLY UNLIKELY to be initiated)

Sorry (well no, I'm not) but I support Conroy 110% here.

And your ratbag mob not at all.

The policy stinks, the minister is a maggot and you lot are fools for supporting either.

So well said and significant, leftoid-style.  Bet you wouldn't go out on the street and honk your feelings, knowing that you would be sued.
