You put any group of people in Abbott's concentrate camp and demonise them, persecute them, cut off the outside world to them, and then tell them they are in there for the long term and watch people riot.
Abbott and his supporters are a disgrace to humanity.
No one forced them to come here and they knew very well what the new governments' policy is. I have zero sympathy for these queue-jumping economic migrants.
You are a liar, they are not economic migrants and thats why abbott refused to process them … because the majority are refugees.
Meanwhile economic migrants choose to come in via plane and then apply for refugee status and you support them.
Hypocrite.
(a) Many of them are granted refugee status by default simply because authorities cannot verify their claims due to the FACT that these people destroy their passports and anything else that can be used to identify them. This also stops the government from sending them back, because if we can't be certain of where they are from, we cannot very well deport them.
(b) If there are people coming by plane, this doesn't bother me as much simply because we know who they are, where they are from because they have a passport with them and they are not putting our Navy and Customs personnel's lives at risk on the ocean.
No hypocrisy to be seen here. Move along, please.
