If there's a weather weapons treaty then obviously there are "weather weapons".

You leftards are always quick to evoke the un refugee convention which tells me you actually believe in the UN and what comes out of it so I figured you'd be interested in knowing they have a treaty on weather weapons and weather warfare. But I sometimes forget that im dealing with mentally ill people when dealing with the left. Oh well.

Oh and btw, chemtrails are a type of weather weapon just in case you're unable to put two and two together.

But you are wrong though. A sane person isn't dumb enough to assume that they aren't being used and not even ponder on the question of wether or not they are being used.

Indoctrinated people are not sane. They might not appear to be crazy people but that doesn't mean they are sane.
You have lived your life among such people and have also received the same indoctrination as everyone else so you can be forgiven for having a somewhat flawed view on what sanity is.

When you have a non-governmental organisation come into being calling itself the united nations and start acting as though it is a global authority and everyone just accepts it then that's a good indication that most people are not sane.

Furthermore, the treaty may be called the   The United Nations CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES, but it is also known as the UN Weather Weapons Treaty 1976.

But in that treaty they state that it is against 'international law' for countries to use weather warfare against other countries BUT it says nothing about governments using weather warfare on its own people.

Probably the government. In the US its the US military that are laying down the trails over major population centres.

I doubt its the RAAF. I don't know exactly who the pilots are or if its a company or what, its irrelevant. The orders come from the top. The Elite plan things out meticulously. They have meeting after meeting after meeting before they take any actions and NEVER take action until they are 100% certain that what they are doing is going to work.
