Step 1 - Go to the shed and get a hammer.

Step 2 - Put it under your pillow.

Step 3 - ...

Step 4 - Profit!

Lysistrata (/laɪˈsɪstrətə/ or /ˌlɪsəˈstrɑːtə/; Attic Greek: Λυσιστράτη, "Army-disbander") is a comedy by Aristophanes. Originally performed in classical Athens in 411 BC, it is a comic account of one woman's extraordinary mission to end the Peloponnesian War. Lysistrata persuades the women of Greece to withhold sexual privileges from their husbands and lovers as a means of forcing the men to negotiate peace — a strategy, however, that inflames the do their own washing and ironing.

Women latch onto a man and complain about everything: get over it or you will never be happy!

Children starve in this world and you're still tripping on about fairy tale fed dreams not coming true!

Dear Exasperated Housewife,

You should do his washing and ironing for him because that is your place in the relationship to provide this among other services as he is out everyday working his hands to the bone to feed you and the children.

The least you can do is wash and iron.

Maybe you need to sit down quietly and list all the things you are grateful for that your husband has provided for you. Think of all the poor people in the world who would love to be able to wash and iron for their husband instead of working the field and carry water 20 miles a day.

Be grateful and move those hips when you wash and iron to put on a bit of a show for him while your at it wot.

Thank you so much for your advice.  We have no children, as yet. Originally "we" tried every other night, now it is down to once a month.  Is this normal?

You blaming the man again?

That worked out well, didn't it?  I was trying to liven the Relationships Forum up a bit. Bring a bit of lightheartedness into the fore.  Roll Eyes

Ah well.  Nobody seems to have a sense of humour around here!

Back to square one, I guess!
