According to the law you are not guilty until proven to be so beyond any reasonable doubt...

Those are the two definitions involved.

Someone accused is not guilty until proven to be so - and tat is a very subjective areas in law handling in this and most other countries. We have basic rules that forbid that a person be considered guilty until proven to be so - though you might be persuaded that a person held on remand is somehow guilty....you are wrong.

Guilt is only accorded by a finding in proper court of law with a proper hearing in accordance with the rule of Law, and even then is not guaranteed.

you can be caught with the smoking gun in your hand and still plead "not guilty"

we on hear are neither judge nor jury...we just know in our own minds...

the dressing down he is getting from the prosecutor .. would be enough to make anyone sick...she is canning him..I said many more would have come forward and they have all been witness'

Ms Wass spent the day graphically recounting the stories of 10 women, including a mother and daughter, all of whom have accused Harris of sexually assaulting them over more than 20 years. Four women form the basis on the indictments with the other six acting as bad character witnesses, their sexual assault claims being outside the legal jurisdiction.
